- Customer stated that the A/C longer works well. Inspect and found appears low on freon and some leaking from the schrader valves is present. No leaks elsewhere in the system. Evacuate system and found 1.3 lbs freon. Recommend and replaced schrader valves and perform vacuum leak test. Test passed. Charged system with freon. A/C works well at this time.
- During inspection observed front brakes worn. Recommend and replaced front brake pads and machined rotors for proper surface finish and runout.
- During inspection observed rear brakes worn. Recommend and replaced rear brake pads and machined rotors for proper surface finish and runout.
- Customer stated that there was some fluid leaking underneath. Inspect and found power steering leaking at the pump inlet o-ring. Recommend and replaced o-ring. Topped off fluid and purge air from system.
- During inspection observed mileage is at the timing belt replacement time. Removed inspection cover and found belt is in ok condition but appears to be the original belt with approximately 110k miles. Recommedn and replaced timing belt kit with new belt, water pump, tensioner and idlers. Also replaced serpentine belts (2) that were old and have developed cracks. Filled coolant and purge air from system. As part of the 100k service also replaced cabin and engine air filters.
